You cannot make such a masterpiece movie in the current environment due to the government in power.

Was busy for a while with my own script works going on. Damn now I can't focus on it for a long-long time. It's ridiculous how the general public deal Kashmir in a black and white zone, how tragic to dehumanize them into family of militants, radicalized youth, collateral damage, necessary bait and what not. And the worst part is, it's from every direction.

Haider, 2014 (yeah the year matters for why movies like this aren't made anymore) has achieved peak storytelling from every department. I was really underwhelmed with the music until Haider decided to put on a show for his mother's nikkah.

In my opinion, the ending is the sole answer for the question asked in the beginning. It's his mother who he loves the most.

Can't wait for O'Romeo!!
