🎃Hooptober 12 ‘25🎃Movie #14: The Fall of the House of Usher; 6/9 decades (1920s); Country 2/6 (France); Silent Movie ✔️
The vibes were haunting, the mood was spooky, the cinematography was popping off, can’t really complain at this near 100 year old silent horror. I will say the version we watched had an incredible score, I think I would have struggled to watch without it, and that will have to factor into the rating as that’s obviously not it’s original score.
