The movie is honestly kind of trash, but I still enjoyed it. The acting can be pretty bad at times and the movie feels pretty dumb, but in a weird way that almost adds to the charm. Some of the special effects are outdated, but always appreciate seeing practical effects used. They give the movie a fun, old-school feel. W zombie girlfriend lol.

this movie feels weird, because it doesn't really feel like a "Return of the living dead" movie. sure i enjoyed it, and this was even more scary than the first because of the whole stabbing parts. i kinda am disappointed that it wasn't as faithful to the ROTLD rules and it doesn't really seem like the zombies are much of a threat to the world as a whole. the makeup improved a lot though.

The poster made me watch it and while the awesome zombie Julie didn’t get a lot of screen time it had a ton of other cool designs and practical effects which were very entertaining.

She does carry though, such a unique design and her look is perfect for it.
