I definitely liked it although it was a pretty big step back from the first one. They kind of went a little overboard with the humor on this one, most of the time it was fine but sometimes there were some ill timed jokes that just didn’t land for me. The big positives are still the same, the emotional weight it has in this film and the action sequences. The ending of this one with Yondu is amazing, I always loved the ending. The fight scenes and choreography with the music choices were great. Gunn always knows how to add the right music to a fight sequence or emotional moments, that’s one of his specialties. Will watch again.
