A grand idea to put an Invisible Man in WW2 for the sake of a fun propaganda movie, but outside of a couple moments that really showcase the amazing special effects, this really isn't much of a fun or interesting film. Jon Hall is serviceable but kinda bland as the Invisible Man, especially when compared to Claude Rains, Vincent Price, and, heck, even Virginia Bruce. Also Peter Lorre plays a Japanese character in a film with a number of German characters, that was a choice.
