This is less of a movie and more of an experience.

Can’t believe this film is only 90 minutes because literally SO MUCH happens. The dialogue is some of the craziest I’ve ever had the pleasure of hearing and the entire thing is just weird and bizarre. I’ve been putting this off for so long cos I thought it was gonna be generic and self-serious but boy was I wrong. The film is meant to be a homage to the giallos of the golden age and it definitely succeeds at that when it tries (the dialogue sounds just like the bad dubbing in those films), but as the film goes on, it takes its own bizarro part to deliver a fun fever dream of a time. You can tell everyone is having fun (especially Conor Sweeney). The gore is crazy and cartoonish and there’s lots of male nudity and the overall film is laced with queer sensibilities so this is basically my new comfort food.

This needs more appreciation!!

I could just not get into this. The story and characters are boring, so I struggled to find anything worth investing in, and I couldn't really come up with anything. Bummer, I was hoping to like this after how much I loved this team when they made Psycho Goreman.

This is like the third horror movie I've watched this week (along with The Final Girls and Deathgasm). And this one was super good as well. I feel so blessed to see this many good horror movies in a row. The Editor gave me some Hobo-With-a-Shotgun vibes and it was truly glorious. Thank you, Paz de la Huerta for redeeming yourself from the ever so messy Nurse 3-D movie.
