Eesh, the bad ratings weren’t wrong. I literally got nothing out of this film. If anything, I was getting bored. The only thing I kind of liked about it was the cinematography. It was a very nothing film.

James is definitely a way better actor than director.

This film ruined my mood until I saw a new Watchmojo video that had 127 Hours on the thumbnail. That’s basically all I need to get myself back into a good mood!

Weird that this gets compared to under the silver lake or once upon a time in Hollywood. I personally don't see the connections until maybe the last 30 minutes maybe? Which is where this finally gets interesting until it falls off the rails again. Blinded with interesting editing, and clouded with a lackluster story that falls through very shortly after it starts. Going into this I wondered why this has such low ratings and by the end I understood because I was struggling trying to grasp what is going on.
