mm. not sure how to feel about this one
big fan of psychological horror, but when the background music and jumpscares kick in I am a real pussy.
considering I only bothered to watch this for my QUEEN Melanie Lynskey I'd had enough by the time her role was finished, and only watched the first two short films properly and vaguely skipped through the other two.
conceptually I really like the idea of a female-directed horror compilation, especially with Kusama but past The Box, this felt empty and tacky, uncannily reminiscent of those 'scary' PSA adverts in a way.

Not great, full of half cooked ideas with some interesting scenes. But I will always love Melanie lynskey.
