I mean, the cgi wasn’t bad and the lighting and camerawork actually looked pretty professional at times so that’s a plus. Uhhhhh it’s far from the worst movie to come out of Japan or the worst video game movie, but man it’s not good. Characters are boring, the pacing is so unbelievably fucking slow, ai oni only shows up for like 5 minutes if even, there’s a lot of issues with this shit. I am kinda happy it exists though.
I obviously wasn’t expecting much at all but I mean I thought it’d be fun bad but no it just sucks ass. Corpse Party has the better adaptations it seems 😁 Oh but now I gotta watch the second ao oni movie oh fuck my life
