genuine top 4 fodder; rabbit fursuit magician villain whose dialogue is all in magician/carrot pun-speak and makes a BOING sfx every time he hops forward. ultimate hang-out vibes. had the widest smile throughout this entire film. 'terror toons' level psychosis in some of the bits when peter rottentail does his magic tricks.
