Never heard of the movie so was pretty surprised to find it was a real movie with real actors in it and also it’s pretty good! Apparently Arthur Conan Doyle was 100% down for magic and fairies, which I really wish he had passed on to Sherlock Holmes. Houdini however, clearly just appreciated a good bit when he saw one.

This film never fails to send me down a rabbit hole of researching fairy sightings and mythology stuff.

I couldn’t count the amount of times I watched this as a child. Absolutely a formative experience. I’ll never forget how beautiful the fairy house was, nor how much I’d like to make one in the future.
