My dad: “Yeah never fucking show me shit ever again.”
Yeah my dad doesn’t really see what’s past what has been shown. He sees someone getting stuck in someone’s ass and a running refrigerator and thinks that’s it and thinks that all it has to offer.
I explained to him how it’s much more than that. It’s about human connection and learning to cherish these relationships while you can, knowing that they will eventually end.
And I said that to him and he then looked at me like I was crazy.
