Buried Alive
Didnt even know this was an adaptation for Edgar Allen Poe until I pressed play. Most of the characters are throwaways except for Dr. Gary and Janet. The kills/gore are good enough but the death scenes are stretched out to have some sense of hopelessness adding a realistic tone to the movie. The basement cellars, along with the eerieness help the suspense and chase scenes go by alot faster. Some things dont make sense that never get explained, what is up with all the ants in this movie and how did Tim get knocked out by just a branch. Other than that everything else is fine, the killer twist was expected, they make a shining reference, im just suprised barely anybody has seen this.
