Peter Cushing is really carrying this one on his back, but honestly, it was pretty boring overall. A lot of shouting and weirdly aggressive vibes, but not much actually happens to keep things interesting.
Also, didn't realize until after that this was the fifth entry in a series lol. I haven't seen any of the others so I have nothing to compare it to, but I don't think it would have really made a difference anyway. Hammer movies seem to just do their own thing.
