One man’s trash is another man’s treasure!
I spent all of 2024 trying so hard to be a good little Letterboxd user and pretend like I’m this unbiased “objective” reviewer. But you know what? I’m not! I love shitty cheesy movies, and dammit this is no exception!
This movie is packed to the brim with flaws from start to finish, but by god, I loved every second of it. And for that… I feel like I know what I must do. I’m definitely gonna be rewatching this again, and to anybody remotely normal who watches this off of my review, please don’t look at me too differently for my high rating. I love bad movies, okay? Or judge me, I don’t give a shit lol.

Why does every week have to have a Friday night in it? ☹️
The acting and writing are so corny, and the set and props are so obviously cheap, but darn if it doesn't have a certain charm to it! Combined with the script's self-aware dialogue about horror movies, it's so obvious that they are just "playing along" with the ridiculousness, it loops back from bad to silly schlock. The actresses are surprisingly charismatic and funny, which makes it worthwhile even if everything else about it is very dumb.

Evil Toon(singular) is a poor attempt at a cheesy B flick and has only some characteristics of an actual movie. David Carradine is somehow dragged into this to say like 5 lines in a shoddy plot which revolves around undressed women.
