I honestly have no idea what i just watched

It makes Too much sense that Montana Jordan’s one and only film credit as of now is in a Danny McBride and Jody Hill film. 
The hold that McBride has on me right now can not be understood by a lot of people, but the ones that get it Get it. 
Never have been hunting, but the whole thing has always kind of fascinated me. Not really the shooting part, but other than that the hanging out in nature being quiet for deer hunting and hanging out laughing with your friends in a duck blind has. 
A great movie about a father trying to figure out his relationship with his son. 
Makes me thankful I have as good of a relationship with my dad as I do. Him sending me texts and calling me lately about how he’s proud of me while in college has meant a lot. Love you dad.

I hate it when people say that a movie wasn't great, "but it has a lot of heart." The Legacy of a Whitetail Deer Hunter is going to be one of those times. It's not really a comedy, although Danny McBride (who i don't typically care too much for) has some really funny lines, and it doesn't really have enough narrative thrust to be a solid drama. The acting is surprisingly good and there is a lot of the cliche father/son relationship which plays pretty good without leaning towards saccharine. This film doesn't do anything new or impressively well and I was borderline bored the entire time, but there is something in Deer Hunter that kept me watching. It's a perfectly okay movie, but nothing amazingly good or bad.

Honestly I enjoyed this one. It's not perfect and does have some character flaws. But the two stars both bring a good performance. Brolin unsuprisingly is the stand out. I honestly enjoyed this more than I should of. Danny McBride's character does get developed as a cuck which is wierd. And I didn't really like how they treated his character. But if you don't take it too seriously you might have a fun time
