This was my 300th unique feature of the year. 

This is just one of those westerns that’s so effortlessly badass at times but you still care for the characters’ motives and outcomes. 

Raquel Welch is insanely good in this and Robert Culp plays one hell of a mentor for her to learn from. 

Don’t let the average rating fool you. This movie whips major ass.

Kinda weird how much raunchy comedy there is in this rape-revenge western (that isn’t very funny). Also weird how the rapists are the comedy relief (also not very funny). Doesn’t help that there is zero chemistry between the leads and the plot feels overly drawn out. It has a sort of dull shine when it drifts away from that and leans more into western tropes, but aside from some good music and Robert Culp’s whole vibe I can’t say much else good about it it.
