9/10 forgot how great this was. Had this like a 7.5/10 before this rewatch but this was so damn good. I honestly have watched this only once all the way through since it came out which is crazy. I’ve had like 5 other watches but none of them were full length watches. Everything about this hit. The comedy was hilarious, the intro for the movie was top tier, and the villain was awesome. I just loved Michael Keaton as the Vulture. His suit was just majestic. And that car scene when Peter and Liz are on their way to homecoming was top tier. And it honestly has you on the edge of your seat as you see more and more stuff about Peter’s life coming to fruition to the Prowler. Ned Leeds will always be one of my favorite comedic relief characters ever. Easily one of the best side characters in a Spider-Man movie ever. Now for my critiques of the movie. The third act was fine but does pull this movie down a little as I feel like they could’ve capitalized with a way better third act. Also the movie is incredibly simple but I just wish they would’ve took some more risks. And Flash just sucks in these movies he is sort of funny but is just not convincing as a bully to Peter. Overall forgot how great this was and Tom Holland easily did the best at us seeing Spider-Man as just a regular high school kid with a big secret,

As a spiderman fanboy i’m going to ALWAYS be bias to any spiderman media, but this movie got WAYYY too much hate when it first came out. It’s not perfect but the visuals, fighting choreography and acting performances from Tom and Robert were really good. Seeing spiderman still making kid mistakes and tony being a mentor to that was really heartwarming, and now knowing how much tom’s spiderman has grown since this movie makes it even better. Definitely a good watch and good spiderman movie.

I liked the fact that this movie had a slightly different feeling in some scenes instead of the typical MCU movie feeling. The villain in this movie was also really cool. I liked that they kept the villain a close relative to one of the characters, this made the story interesting. It also had some funny jokes, which is always nice.

Would recommend this movie. It’s funny, intriguing, cute, and the action is great as well, and the characters are well developed. I don’t really like the villain, but that car scene was intense to say the least. The story was compelling, and it really shows how the little people work around, and Spider-Man learning throughout the movie is fantastic.
