Pretty boring for a movie with both a cool premise (film crew is filming in Frankenstein Castle while a descendent of the original Dr Frankenstein creates his own monster and unleashes it on the crew) as well as Boris Karloff himself. A little disappointed.

This was a bit of a slow burn with little to no payoff.. Great story idea I'd like to see comeback tho..
According to IMDB...This film was originally going to be titled "Frankenstein 1960", but it wasn't "futuristic" enough. It was also thought to be too far-fetched that an independent researcher could obtain his own atomic reactor in 1960....Also...The black falcon statuette from The Maltese Falcon (1941) was used by the Warner Bros. prop department as part of the set.
