In another universe, this would have been called Fi5e
It's a pretty decent movie. I love a good string of murders that follow a pattern, but if we're talking 'Kurt Russell's wife is in danger' movies, I'm more of the Unlawful Entry type.
(also, that Se7en joke looked better in my head than on paper, sorry)

Always been a bit of a sucker for journalist movies, and Russell turns in a creditable reporter role, with Richard Masur, who I always like to see, as his editor (also on hand is a very young-looking Andy Garcia in an early role). The serial-killer-contacts-the-press story is a little underdone, but you do get spinning newspapers, lots of printing presses, and a comparatively bonkers Lalo Schifrin score doing its best to make you pay attention.
