It’s almost funny how cartoonishly evil J. Edgar Roover and the fbi in general was, and also how the police acted like a bunch of goons with no brain just obeying the order that their leader gave them.
Anyways this was great, and I really wished Fred Hampton had lived who knows how the BPP would’ve turned out.

A really good documentary over the rise and fall of the Black Panthers, yet they still failed to mention socialism at all. Sure, there was a clear part where they talked about how they saw capitalism as a core issue, but this can hardly be a comprehensive documentary when ignoring such a huge component of the party. A very good outline to the history that works more as an introduction, though!
