With all the makings of a great noir, CITY OF GHOSTS died and left behind a bare spectre of a plot. I do like Dillon's directorial eye, however.

I'm giving this 5 stars because I watched it on the big screen and Matt Dillon himself was there to answer to all of our questions after and he talked about his career and cinema and ahhhh one of the best experiences I've ever had!😭♥️🥺 So grateful!!! *Matt Dillon is literally so hot and cool in real life I can't believe I'm actually saying this but it's true!😂🙌
