You cant just but most badass villains in batman world And don't focus on them
But a really great story

Was progressing very well, with the court owls feeling very menacing and mysterious, then the talon just wiped all of em out like they were nothing, losing all credibility. Movie would’ve been insane if it kept the court feeling as powerful as they should have been. If not for the talon takeover, the movie was strong, especially with the father-son connection it focused on throughout.
