Ralph Bakshi already isn't the best at getting his message across, and 'Hey Good Lookin' is his worst offence so far.
I wouldn't say it's incoherent, as others have, but it's certainly not concise.

I couldn't imagine recommending this film to anyone; everything it does well, Bakshi does better elsewhere. Save yourself an hour, watch something else.
