Buster Keaton is so legendary when it comes to physical comedy, I probably say this every time I watch one of his films but it’s true! This one was quite a fun one, it wasn’t as strong as some of his others and had some less entertaining moments, all that was pretty much made up for by the really cool underwater scenes in his big, bulky and old scuba gear; I loved them scenes they were so much fun and they looked so cool. Recently I’ve been watching quite a few silent films, especially those from the 1920s, and I keep finding it so amazing that most of these films are 100 years old or over and that they’re the foundations of cinema today. How far cinema has come is immense and just beautiful in every single way, it’s phenomenal how much everything has changed in a relatively short period of time. I love films.
