I might be the only one, but I actually want a sequel so badly, and I am still waiting.
You know, I really like this movie. It does take itself a little too seriously at times, but the ending is super wholesome and really great.
I'm a big fan of the entire cast. Chloë Grace Moretz is incredible; I've been a huge fan since Kick-Ass. Zac Efron is so hilarious and a great actor. I do wish we saw more of Dave Franco. Seth Rogen is hilarious. Everyone else was also fucking incredible.
The movie isn't as good as the original. It has more of a story and is messier, but the first one felt more fleshed out, the drama felt bigger, the characters deeper, It had more tension, and the pranks felt more shocking. The pranks in this one were definitely original, but they felt boring; they didn't have the build-up or energy… like something was missing.
Still loved it, though. Still think it's hilarious and a really fun watch.
