I really tried to articulate my thoughts in a few paragraphs but I found it impossible.
Thinking about the schoolgirls in Iran. Thinking about the children in Gaza. Thinking about my water polo coach who was murdered in a mass shooting at a local bar. Thinking about internet outages. Thinking about art’s place in all of it. Thinking about my place in all of it.

truly in it's own league
the film is manages to be both entertaining within its runtime and cerebral in its many allegories
afterwards I came across a clip where Haneke talked about a film being a ski ramp for a viewer. It's trite but obviously the philosophy of approach in action here.
