CAN YOU FEEL THIS MAGIC IN THE AIR IT MUST’VE BEEN THE WAY YOU KISS ME 😭
sooo my kind of movie! i was literally bawling in the last 24 minutes.. i’ve been wanting to watch this forever because taylor swift is in it and basically half of hollywood shows up, and somehow i ended up emotionally attached to almost every single character 🥹 the slow burn is BURNING and i am here for it.
i really love how all the characters are interconnected. it’s very overwhelming at first since there are so many storylines and i genuinely could not keep up with the names, but that’s also what made it beautiful. it slowly comes together and reminds you that love is everywhere, even when you don’t notice it. it exists in so many forms, sometimes in places (or people) you least expect.
everybody who knows me knows i’m the biggest believer that love is truly what connects us one to another. be it romantic, platonic, teenage love, lifelong love, best friends—everything. i LOVE how this movie shows that love looks different for everyone. people have different ways of loving and different ideas of what love means, and that’s what makes it special. i think this movie captures that so so well.
my brain was basically a full-on playlist the entire time. so many love songs were playing in my head, but the one that really sticks (besides “today was a fairytale” by taylor swift) is “love epiphany” by reality club. it feels like the perfect soundtrack for this movie and it sums it up perfectly. we’ll find love eventually, in every lifetime, with the right person.
perfect for those who is very single on valentines day because it brings you warmth and hope that love is already orbiting around you, and it’ll land in its own time, in its own way.
