Hit man Pierce Brosnan hunts intelligence officer / desk jockey Millia Jovovich around London (and then the inverse in New York) while a wildly overqualified supporting cast (Angela Bassett, Roger Rees, Robert Forster, Dylan McDermott, James D'Arcy) attempt to scene-chew what little remains of the overly CGI'd backgrounds. It makes next to no sense at all and is clearly still clinging to the embers of post-9/11 'domestic terrorism'-sploitation, but, somehow and against all odds, remains an engaging enough watch.
Put it this way, let's say you were able to to tolerate the 2018 television adaptation of 'Three (or Six, depending on your personal reference point) Days of the Condor' without being too put out by its various and many weaknesses, you'll do fine.
