Bro has to be the least helpful person in the world. Bro turned at most 50 bucks worth of stolen candy into a 7 million dollar diamond heist and another million in property damage. If Jackie Chan try’s to help you don’t let him you’ll be in debt for the rest of your life!!!!!!

Im not really sure how to explain it but... Imagine the tank scene from Goldeneye but 10x more bizarre because the tank is replaced with a hovercraft and there's also water skiing without the skiis and a lamborghini with a massive sword attached and you've basically got this film's climax. Jackie Chan is my favourite genre and I love that the end credits of every one of his films are just a compliation to prove the plethora of insane stunts actually happened that confirm he invented the concept of jackass way before it was a thing.

Another no cable classic, a top 5 Jackie Chan action film to me. So many cool sequences and a hovercraft being in the final set piece is some true 90s shit

I can see why this shot Jackie Chan into international superstardom as it is pretty much everything great about his movies cranked up to a million, for better or for worse.

this movie is hjs bat shit crazy from start to finish. first off the dubbing my be silent the worst i’ve ever seen i mean it looks like they dubbed over english with english like what the fuck. then every single scene is so over the top and makes no sense whatsoever.
that being said you can’t really help but enjoy this crazy mess. jackie chan goes into all these fucking nutty situations and just involves himself so much that he now becomes their target. not to mention the evolution of his fights from a couple guys stealing from a local shop to full blown police operation.
look it’s not a perfect film an for a lot of people probably just an ok film but this era of movies were something special. there’s no subtext or anything but you just sit down for 90 minutes and watch crazy shit and sometimes that’s enough
