oh my god this is the most beautiful devastating movie i have ever seen. i went it to this with no expectations and it started so funny then the shift in tone was so seamless you don’t even realize it at first. 

every character was so beautifully thought out and the cinematography was beautiful im going to be thinking about this for a long time

Watched because I just finished the book it’s based off (which was great). Obviously not as good as the book and they made some changes that I didn’t love but overall still a decent movie. Quirky and I liked the soundtrack. Although they did one of my least favorite things in film: zooming into a characters forehead, fading into white, and then a flashback ensues. Like 🤢
