Crazy that we actually got a tmnt multiverse film before spider-verse.
This is a decent movie imo, entertaining and fun. The 80's turtles were funny but my fav were Def the mirage turtles, I like how edgy they are compare to the others. I wish they would have gotten more screen time.
The villains were also cool, especially seeing Tokka and Rahzar, and mutated Hun.
I wish they showed more turtles across the multiverse more than just the pictures of them, the 2007 turtles would have been so cool to see.

22åriga jag kände mig för gammal. Onslaught med grejer, behöver vila. De nya sköldpaddorna var lama och otrevliga. De gamla sköldpaddorna har aura.

Konceptuellt rolig dock. Filmen vann nästan över mig med turtle prime men det var inte tillräckligt. The dumbass fuckery var kvar. Har några roliga repliker men fler repliker som klankar ner på aura-sköldpaddorna.

This is a fun special that looks really good on paper but isn't executed great. It wierd seeing the 1987 turtles characters voiced by different people. They also treat the 87 tmnt as complete jokes, this kind of crossover was done much better in the 2012 series with the original voice cast and although making jokes the original turtles are treated like real characters. Hopefully one day there will be another cross over with all the different voice casts coming together. Overall really cool concept and mostly fun story not done justice.

Im surprised this one slipped past me when I had my TMNT hyperfixation, so it felt appropriate to make up for it now.

Watching this after the recent influx of multiverse media is a bit draining although this released waaaays before. I really don’t hate the multiverse concept but its been ran into the ground and then dug back up 100 more times.

The three groups of turtles are perfect picks to define their “eras” but the movie took more time focusing on unnecessary banter between them. Unnecessary might not be the right word, rather it was poorly written dialogue that brings it down. It’s actually a bit unfortunate since the premise is very simple and effective with untapped potential. 

I’m putting too much thought into a silly multiverse film about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles but DAMMIT it could have been so good.

Btw the animation is amazing.
