I love Michael Caine also I didn’t realize this was a sequel

Altogether less distinct than the first entry. Gone is the tilted camera, the close-quarters cinematography, the idiosyncratic little character moments and most importantly, gone is the mind-numbing bureaucracy. 

But I’ll be damned if it isn’t entertaining watching Caine put in the least amount of effort and make it cool, turning laconicism into an art form.
