Thank you for your service was a well made film. There are nice aspects and good performances. My favorite character was solo. Other than that the movie got really boring at times, the biggest reason I didn’t click off was because I just felt like it was something I needed to get through.

“I feel alone man, yeah they're gone, you know everyone's gone and I’m still here”
“None of this would have happened if you were there” what a gut wrenching thing to say to someone

Very compelling movie with a great illustration of post war. It was a very humanizing and humbling watch and I really enjoyed Myles Teller in it. Unfortunately the pacing and structure were so disjointed it really takes you out of the momment.
