Still love the aesthetics of this movie, with the black and white really working to create a surreal, claustrophobic atmosphere! The practical effects are of course very impressive, and I definitely think this is an underrated movie. I will say it drags on a little too much, but that aside it is a very solid horror movie that is probably my favourite from the American Guinea Pig series. Recommended to fans of Guinea Pig!
