After his engagement ends badly, Josh decides to take advantage of his bachelor-party plans in Ojai, California, with the few friends still willing to join him. Ending was super gay, but I guess that’s how all trips end.

Jeff Baena's dedication to making sitcom filled films in which his sexy wife plays a woman who hates men is completely valid and I would do the same given the means

I know I’m kinda I’m insufferable because I like this sorta stuff (Slow sad mublecore with very niché jokes). It does lose steam but:
Bonus- hilarious bathtub scene
Double bonus- that Esmeray opening track 👌🏻

They really fumbled the great talent that Thomas Middleditch can bring to a role...

Good movie (kinda) but it’s just something without substance. You get hit with a huge curve ball in the beginning and then the rest of the movie recklessly falls into itself. Characters are as relatable as a wet blanket and Nick Kroll plays... Nick Kroll. Even though it has all these bad elements, I don’t hate it. Could be a weird perspective on how people try to help those that grieve through high energy activities only to find out that you just need to spend quality time with them. There’s a lot more bad than good about this movie but it’s fine to watch when you don’t have anything better to do
