This movie was built up as a great movie but man it really isn’t. The only real positives of this movie was woody Harrelsons character and the acting other than that the movie is stale and forgettable. My main problem with this movie is that basically every character are so abrasive, annoying or just bad people except Peter Dinklages character and woody harrelsons character. The main character based almost all of her actions on emotions that got people hurt not to mention she literally burned down a police department because she was acting on emotions. I understand what she was going through would be very difficult but that’s not the right way to handle the situation. The cop was a little bitch boy and a racist and annoying, hated him. I didn’t feel like there was anyone I was really rooting for in this film which made it definitely a worse watch. I also thought the ending was dumb with them not doing anything with an actual ending. It had the emotional aspect and the acting down to a “T” but just butchered the characters and the writing making me feel almost like I didn’t want the main character to find peace because of all the hate she spread throughout the town. I don’t think this film is good and I don’t see why it’s so critically acclaimed, I don’t need to rewatch.

Perfect day for me to watch this. So much grief, rage, frustration portraited in a film.
I didn't liked Mildred fighting with the dwarf tho, totally unnesesary. The finale was also not my thing, don't know why.
