The Grinch is just alright. It’s not as bad as people say it is, but it’s also not the best-animated film ever or anything close to that. There’s nothing unique or groundbreaking in this film, it’s just a forgettable and okay modern adaptation of the famous story of The Grinch that unfortunately doesn’t add much new and only has some minor changes to the original story and the live-action film, which sometimes better changed, but mostly not explored enough for it to make a difference. The cast does a good job of making it a decent Christmas watch, but it doesn’t offer much new whatsoever.
