If this came out today, it would be one of the most heavy handed criticisms of MAGA politics/culture put to screen since the end of Woke 1 (2016-2021, RIP.) But being that it came out in 1957 and ICE wouldn’t exist for another 46 years… it just goes to show that there’s probably a reason that the Western is the American genre
