This wasn't a good film by no means, now I dunno if it was because my expectations were so low or something else, but I personally don't think this film was as bad as it's been made out to be. But as I said it still isn't great.
I feel like if they had removed the whole rape scene and just had it be Christy getting pay back for her mothers death and it would have been better, it would have also taken down the run time to just under 2 hours. In fact removing that scene would have fixed a lot of the issues with this movie. Because to be honest I could kinda understand them wanting revenge for killing their family members but not what they did to Christy.
Oddly the only "praise" I heard this film got was for Jennifer and Christys actresses performances, yet I thought Jamie's acting was terrible! But tbh I also think her character was written bad, so much so that I was actually really liking the ending in the cemetery, but feel it was ruined when she woke up and climbed out, obviously it would have been a really dark messed up ending, but I feel it would have been better then what we actually got.

Why is this film two and a half hours? There is nothing good or interesting in this at all.. at least the third had a insane scene of the dick being chipped off. This just exists for the whole reason of being a torture fest of shit
I’ve finally finished this franchise… this absolute abomination of a series that somehow amassed four films (not including the original).
The whole franchise pisses me off that it exists and to be honest I don’t think I have the time to sit here and write every reason why this set of films shouldn’t exist.
Tho I still have to watch the original at some point.
