The only reason I haven't rated this higher is because it isn't the typical film I'd choose to watch first. I like films that have a deep meaning, or shape a perspective, or show a message, or change my life for the better as a man growing up. I do love a courtroom drama (A matter of life and death for example) and heady dialogue though. But going into this film I thought it would be predictable and I thought I'd already make out the end in my head halfway through due to the time of release. This is something I was definitely wrong about. For a film made in the late 50's, it had an incredible ending and the amount of twists might bore some and ruin the story, but I don't think that was the case for me. I may have inaudibly said holy shit about 4 times in the span of 10 minutes, and opinions on people changed rapidly and often. Didn't take much away from the film but I definitely enjoyed it. Not a bad choice Angie.
