I love seeing Anna Biller’s style already so defined in her first film. It’s extremely unique and eye catching.
As much as I enjoyed it visually, you can tell this is her first film due to the poor quality. Although she’s definitely grown as a director and it can be seen in her film The Love Witch.

See after i had first given the love witch a watch i had fell in love with that film and everything about it so i had decided to check out more of the directors work since i really admire her work and so i had sat down today and watched this short little 20 min film of hers and i honestly loved every single thing about and how beautiful her films are to me because she really does such a wonderful job at nailing that 1960s look into her films and them looking like they came out of that era of time like even though i did read the synopsis of the film i was still kind of confused throughout but i did enjoy each of the 3 short segments in this film and how she was still being praised and loved by these men who saw her as their queen and savior i guess you could say also the music in this film was absolutely amazing and the color palette of the film was immaculate and im definitely gonna check out more of her work 💗
