It's a Christian football movie, so you know about what to expect. Better than most though. I find the preachy nature of Christian movies to be lazy and uninspired-- even though I am Christian. It always bugs me that they can't be more creative when it comes to crafting narratives around the extremely riveting complexities of my own theology. This movie handles it better than any other Christian sports movie I've watched, considering there's a very real sense of right and wrong at times with this one. Even if they do dance at the end which feels super jarring considering the context.
