The Abominable Snowman
"It’s not what’s out there that’s dangerous. It’s what’s in us" okay but they kinda ate with that

The Abominable Snowman
Far more smarter and interesting than it has any right to be, this goes way deeper into the mystery and mythology of the Yeti than I was expecting and becomes more of a psychological horror than a classic creature feature. There are so many genuinely interesting ideas floating about here and it’s makes for a riveting story and characters, this really makes you think about everything it’s saying through careful dialogue and character motivations. This is full of truly insane landscapes that make for a really unique and isolating atmosphere and the black and white seems to give it this claustrophobic feel even though there is space for miles. Really underrated early hammer film.
