Such a beautiful film, which is heartbreaking and all the right places. I can't think of many films that had more of an emotional impact on these than this one and for that reason it gets a very high rating.

This film is, for me, is pushed up on my rankings, not just for the normal reason of 'dying dogs is sad', which whilst this is definitely the case, it is not what did it for me. It's the philisophical element of searching for 'life's purpose' that makes this film so much deeper. It's no secret that a film that deals with philosophy or psychology gets a high rating from me, as evidenced by my profile.
