Man, watching this doc I bringing me back to the early 90s when I watched AIDS take my two best friends. They deteriorated right in front of me over the course of a year. They were mere shells of the friends I once knew. It terrified me. I was so scared to have sex. #StrikeAPose

This Truth or Dare film and tour was monumental in the 90s gay, HIV and AIDS era. Now, years later this documentary lets us fans get the dancers story of that tour and what happened. Very good!

When I was younger, the Blond Ambition Tour and Truth or Dare was everything to me as a young and impressionable kid in middle school. Madonna was one of the biggest things in pop, but still bucked everything to be an outspoken advocate for gay rights and HIV/AIDS awareness.  And in Truth or Dare, we got to know her group of backup dancers, who normally are just unknowns, but like the musical A Chorus Line, we got to know way more about those seven young men. So how interesting to follow up on them 25 years later and seeing how life for them was after all that they’ve been through, with some financing some continued success, while others were mired with how to deal with the infamy of being known forever as one of Madonnaks backup dancers.
