Alain delon plays a con man that is seemingly terrible at his job and has no survival skills when it comes to women 😂 I mean god he really can’t pick them in this movie. Overall this was pretty entertaining I enjoyed it. Jane Fonda and Lola Albright played convincing cousins very well and do look fairly alike. The ending was funny. Jane Fondas character Melinda frames Alain delon’s Mark for double murder just so he doesn’t leave her and hides him out in her attic.

I really liked the first and third act but the entire middle is so slow and dull.

The saving grace of this film is Alain Delon for sure. I've never seen another actor with that kind of screen presence. Someone who can be so brooding, but also so endearing. Shame he's such a controversial figure.

a fun noir film with a nice plot, that starts off as a chase thriller, but soon turns into more of a psychological drama once marc (alain delon) becomes a chaffeur for barbara (lola albright), and melinda (jane fonda). nice twists and a great ending

the real stars of the movie were the fantastic sound design and score, and the beautiful cinematography.
henri decaë, lalo schifrin, and antoine bonfanti all deserve all the flowers ever for this. the vibes were just through the roof and honestly is what kept me the most engaged (besides jane fonda)
