I think I’m obsessed with this movie now I can’t lie. The thing is objectively it’s pretty confusing and not that great but what makes you think I care, I love this shit.

19th Watch of October  🎃⛧🔥

70’s horror movies, I’ve barely seen any of them but I just can’t get over how much I love the practical effects in them. Fucking fantastic sets and art direction in this movie. The Satanic church looks incredible, the desert location feels so empty, and the opening scene oh my god what a fucking opening scene. The first and last 10 minutes of this movie is really when it shines and I know that sounds like the rest of the movie is mid or whatever but I actually think the whole movie is pretty solid even if the story is kinda all over the place and confusing at times. 

Great opening scene, creepy atmosphere and concept, cartoonish depiction of satanism, fucking great final act I mean this was fucking amazing I liked it a lot. If you’re into religious horror by all means check this out.
