Another absolute gem from Buster Keaton. At this point, I’m seriously wondering if he ever made a bad film. Convict 13 is a truly interesting and engaging story about a young golfer who ends up getting framed as a convict. It’s hilarious and clever story, Keaton’s timing and physical comedy are flawless as always.

well i’m once again sat here watching yet another of of buster keatons films because i just cannot get enough of them and how even 100 years later they still hold up to being such comedic films like even though there wasn’t any dialogue in these sorts of films they were still ones that would have you the audience still immersed into them with how each of the actors in this them were at being such comedic and cartoonish figures especially keaton himself and how his character just could never catch one single break and was constantly mixing himself up into all these different cat and mouse scenarios with every person he came into contact with and half the time it wasn’t even his own doing but rather someone else’s and he was just sadly always caught into the trouble of it all but him always getting into these very ridiculous situations is what gave us all these amazing laughs ♡
