I definitely thought it was better as a kid, but still a great cosy movie in which was my childhood was also based around, so I can’t fault it too much. I do much prefer the original Casper movie over this though, but still solid, even after all these years!

Casper Van Dien appears, presumably because his name is Casper, but they never make a joke about that. You’re just supposed to recognize him and know that his real name is Casper. Then he says he’s got to go fight some bugs, which is a joke that no one watching this movie should get, which begs the question, why did I watch it?

Even more confounding, how did they find three human men that perfectly captured the look and vibe of Fatso, Stinkie, and Stretch?
